Whip these up in 10 minutes or less! These require no baking and will have your kids salivating for more. Yield: 1 8-inch square pan
3 cups crispy rice cereal (gluten free, if needed)
1 and 1/2 cups high-quality chocolate chips, such as Pure Food
1 cup Gefen Crunchy Peanut Butter (or any other nut or seed butter)
1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, butter, or margarine
Line an eight-inch square baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Pour cereal into a large mixing bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl or a pot on the stove, combine the rest of the ingredients and heat until melted. Remove from microwave/flame and whisk until completely incorporated.
Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cereal and mix until combined. Pour into the baking dish and refrigerate until firm (at least one hour).
Cut into bars.
