Ingredients

Mustard Potatoes

  • 7 yellow potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 medium Vidalia onion, grated

  • 2 tablespoons Haddar Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

Directions

Prepare the Mustard Potatoes

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

In a square Pyrex dish, place all ingredients and mix to coat potatoes.

3.

Cover and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
