Bursting with unbelievable flavor, don’t be surprised if these wontons get eaten up before they get to the table!
Yield: 45 wontons
2 tablespoons oil, plus more for frying
2 medium onions, minced
1 (10-ounce) container white mushrooms, minced
2 teaspoons Gefen Duck Sauce
2 teaspoons Gefen BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a frying pan, heat two teaspoons oil. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until browned.
Add duck sauce, barbecue sauce, and garlic powder and mix.
Place half a teaspoon of the mushroom mixture in the center of each wonton. Wet the edges with water and fold over tightly. Seal shut using the water as a glue.
Fry until golden. Alternatively, spray with oil spray and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
