A great way to serve pizza—all wrapped up!
4 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
4 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
6 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vinegar
6 flour tortilla wraps
1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheese
6 bunches fresh parsley, checked and chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place mushrooms on baking sheet and toss with oil. Roast for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce with brown sugar and vinegar.
Lay wraps on a flat surface. Spread sauce on wraps. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Form a line of mushrooms near one edge of each wrap. Cover with parsley.
Roll up and place in a baking pan with the edge down.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and slice each wrap in half widthwise. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
