2 medium onions, diced
4 tablespoons oil
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Sauté onions in oil until golden.
Add mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs and salt and add to mushrooms, stirring constantly until set.
