This recipe can be enjoyed as an easy lunch, supper or even breakfast! I hope you enjoy this quick, delicious pastrami bagel as much as I did!
a bagel (I used an onion bagel)
a beef tomato
2 slices of pastrami
salad leaves
mayonnaise
French mustard
salt
black pepper
Cut your bagel in half.
Spread your mayonnaise on one half of the bagel.
Spread your French mustard on the other half of the bagel.
Sprinkle your salt and black pepper on both halves of your bagel.
Cut a slice of your beef tomato and put it on the bottom half of your bagel.
Take two slices of your pastrami and place it on top of the tomato. (If needed, cut your pastrami slices in half as to fit the size of your bagel.)
Take a handful of your salad leaves and put them on top of your pastrami.
Take the top half of your bagel and put it on top. Enjoy!
