10-12 ounces Gefen Tuna
1/4 cup sliced olives
1 tablespoon Ta’amti Schug (Israeli red-pepper paste)
1 tablespoon Bartenura Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
cilantro, as a garnish
In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, olives, s’chug, and olive oil until well incorporated.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with bread, crackers, or a leafy salad.
