Ingredients

Moroccan Beet Salad

  • 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil

  • juice of half a lemon (approx 2.5 TBSP)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 4 large beets, cooked and diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (I use one frozen cube)

  • 1 tsp cilantro (I use one frozen cube)

Directions

Prepare the Moroccan Beet Salad

1.

Combine all dressing ingredients and pour onto diced beets.

2.

Refrigerate to let the flavors marinate and serve after a couple of hours. Enjoy!
