I like to play around with my Ninja creating different fun flavors, but I think this mocha Frappe wins by far. So refreshing and bursting with flavor. The girls in my family agree that this cool drink is just incredible!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee

  • 2 tablespoon boiling water

  • 6 teaspoons of stevia (or any sweetener to your taste)

  • 2 teaspoon chocolate syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup of milk

  • half a tub of vanilla ice cream

  • 1 bag of chocolate clicks

  • optional toppings – whipped cream, nuts, chocolate syrup, clicks

Directions

Prepare the Frappuccino

1.

Dissolve coffee and stevia in boiling water and mix. Mix coffee mixture into milk along with chocolate syrup and vanilla extract to create a delicious iced coffee.

2.

In a blender, combine ice cream, iced coffee and a bag of clicks. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and any other fun crunchy chocolate toppings.

How much is half a tub of ice cream?

Thanks for your question! Since it’s a community recipe, we’re not exactly sure how big their “tub” is, but I’d say it’s safe to assume that half a tub would be about a pint (maybe a tad less) of ice cream. You’ll probably have some leftovers, too!

Hope this helps!
