Super-fast, healthy, and tasty: those are my breakfast morning requirements. Here’s a fun way to check all those boxes and enjoy. I created Be Strong Chewy Granola Bites with coffee for added caffeine and delicious depth of flavor. Add them to this easy frozen yogurt, and you have a delicious breakfast parfait.
1 and 1/2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup brewed coffee
1–2 tablespoons milk
Using an ice cube tray with cubes that pop out easily, fill with vanilla yogurt and coffee, each in their own compartments. Cover and freeze.
Pop out the coffee and yogurt cubes into a blender. Add the milk and blend until smooth.
Top with Chocolate Mocha Be Strong Chewy Granola Bites and enjoy.
