A simple and delicious dessert that celebrates the season’s bounty.
4 cups melon balls (about 1 melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
Form melon into balls, using melon baller.
Add remaining ingredients and toss together in a large bowl.
