Esty Wolbe is back with another ingenious update on a well-loved classic. Everyone loves deli rolls at the Shabbat table, but this adorable mini version changes everything. Watch as Esty demonstrates her foolproof method for keeping deli rolls from making a mess.
1 (12.35-oz.) package Gefen Frozen Puff Pastry Squares
2 types of deli meat, such as pastrami and turkey, 1 package each
sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay out frozen puff pastry squares on your work surface.
Diagonally layer mustard, followed by cold cuts, on each pastry square.
Starting from one corner of dough, roll up tightly. Tightly secure the end and place deli roll seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry squares.
Brush generously with duck sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over.
Bake for 20–25 minutes.

If you freeze baked, be sure to bake them a bit to crisp them up when defrosted before you serve.

I was amazing I used Whole puff pastry
Mini Deli Rolls amazing!!!! make sure to really secure it good at the end some of mine exploded!!!! i brushed with egg because i didn’t have duck sauce
Yeah, I have had explosive ones too!
Very good! These deli rolls were delicious and so easy to make. I would make all future deli roll recipes in small shapes as I find they bake in an equal manner and you don’t have the baked crust and raw inside. I brushed them with sweet chili sauce instead of duck sauce. I recommend them.
Great advice.
Thank you
Absolutely scrumptious and easy
