Watch Esty turn stale donuts into these adorable donut pops, here!
melted chocolate, for coating
4 stale donuts, any flavor
1 2.47 ounce container of Strauss Milky Chocolate Pudding
sprinkles
Break up the donuts into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the S blade. Pulse until they turn into fine crumbs. Empty the crumbs into a medium mixing bowl and combine with the Milky.
If your donuts are filled, you may need less Milky. It’s perfect when it holds together but is not sticky to the touch. Using a one tablespoon measuring spoon, portion the mixture and press into a silicon donut pan or roll into balls. Place in the freezer to firm up a bit.
When firm, pop out of the mold and insert a lollipop stick into the side of each donut, stopping just before the center. Return to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
Dunk each donut pop into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to help guide the chocolate over the entire surface. Before the chocolate sets, decorate with sprinkles or drizzle a different shade of chocolate over the top. Allow to set and enjoy! Happy Chanukah!

Melt your chocolate by sticking it in a glass proof bowl and in the microwave for 20-second intervals mixing each time. You can also melt in over a double-boiler. When using real dairy white chocolate I find that it stays pretty white and creamy!
