6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla
2 cups milk
1 cup pure grain alcohol (95 proof*)
In mixer, beat egg yolks, sugar & vanilla for 15-20 minutes until smooth & creamy. (Will appear dry at first)
Add milk gradually mixing by hand until well combined.
Add alcohol & mix again, strain egg nog through fine sieve (such as tea strainer).
