2 pounds Swiss steaks
salt
pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen KLP Frozen Garlic
1 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
3 tablespoons Glicks Imitation Soy Sauce
Rub salt, pepper, and garlic into the meat. Mix duck and soy sauces and cover the meat.
Slow bake on 275 degrees Fahrenheit for three hours, covered.
