Enjoy this scrumptious bowl with Halloumi cheese as the star of the show.
salad greens
halloumi cheese
grape tomatoes, halved
Persian cucumbers, sliced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
optional: techina or chummus
a dash of red pepper flakes
Heat a pan with two tablespoons olive oil.
Cut the cheese into cubes and add to pan.
Cook until browned, five to 10 minutes.
Add all salad ingredients to a bowl.
Toss and serve fresh.
