  • For the Meatballs:

  • Minced Meat

  • 2 Eggs

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Matza Meal/Bread Crumbs

  • For the Sauce:

  • Onion

  • Water

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Salt

To make the Meatballs:

Mince Onion and Garlic in a food processor or chop very small.

Mix all together and make into balls.

To make the Sauce:

Fry Onion

Add Water and Salt (enough tip cover the Meatballs half way.

When Water boils add Meatballs and leave on low flame for 1/2 hour

Then add Tomato Sauce and leave on flame foie another 1/2 hour.
