2 cups boiling water (or soup)
2 cups Manischewitz Matzo Meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup diced onion
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons oil
Add the matzo meal to a bowl. Pour in water (or soup) and seasonings. Mix well. Chill a little, then add the eggs, onions, and oil.
With wet hands, form balls. Add to a pot of boiling water and cook on a high flame about 10 minutes. Lower the heat to medium-low and cook another half hour.
