When I was testing this recipe, each kid that tried it said, “Yuuum…” Yield: approximately 40 cookies
2 sticks margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding (3/4 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup strawberry marshmallow fluff
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using a hand mixer, cream margarine and sugars. Add flour, baking soda, vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, eggs, and chocolate chips and mix just until combined. Slowly swirl in marshmallow fluff until marbleized.
Using a scoop, scoop dough onto trays and freeze for 15 minutes. This will keep the fluff from spreading too much in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes.
