2 carrots, sliced
1 red pepper, cut into strips
2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1 can mushrooms
1 can baby corn
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
Gefen Garlic Powder, to taste
pepper, to taste
CombineĀ all vegetables in a bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
Allow to marinate at least one hour before serving.
