Ingredients

Ribs

  • 10 spare ribs

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1/4 cup ginger ale

Directions

Marinate

1.

Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over spare ribs in 9- x 13-inch pan. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Bake

1.

Bake, tightly covered, for two hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

spareribs What type of spareribs did you use? I know it should be obvious but one can never tell.

Any beef bone-in ribs should work, including what butchers typically label as spare ribs, short ribs or even flanken. Enjoy!

It should, but I wouldn’t put it in direct heat, it might dry out. Bring to room temp and warm in indirect heat.
