This easy, slightly sweet, and crunchy pistachio-crusted salmon will have you going for seconds.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Place salmon in the dish. Smear with oil and lemon juice.

  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub onto salmon.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix pistachios, maple syrup, oil, and lemon juice. Press onto salmon.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from oven and brush with more maple syrup if desired.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
