Yield: approximately 28 cookies
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 egg
1/3 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
2 cups Glicks Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2–3/4 cup chopped dry-roasted pecans
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 teaspoon oil
approximately 1 tablespoon hot water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place all cookie ingredients in a bowl and mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Shape into cookies, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Allow to cool.
In a bowl, whisk icing ingredients together, starting with one teaspoon water and adding until you reach desired consistency.
Place icing in a ziplock bag, cut a tiny hole in the corner, and drizzle icing onto the cookies.
