I got very into maple syrup at one point and loved experimenting with it in lots of dishes (including cholent—yum!). This recipe was born during that period. It’s a winner!
3 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
4 pieces salmon
Whisk sauce ingredients together and pour over salmon.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Serve hot or cold. Great with mashed potatoes.
