How much is a “package” of chicken thighs? How many pounds of chicken are you using in this recipe?

Such a good question. I will find out, but from the amount the other ingredients list, I think it’s probably about 4-6 pieces.

Rosemary Sounds delicious. If I want to use dried rosemary, how much would you suggest?
Thanks!

I worry about using dried because that would have it floating in your chicken. Start with a tablespoon dried with that caveat.

This is a bullet-proof, idiot-proof recipe! I made it for a friend and I for dinner and it was a big hit. It was easy to make, and the chicken was tender and subtly flavored. Recommend it highly, it’s my new go-to for a special dinner.

Delish! Our family thoroughly enjoyed this saucy chicken. I did not have fresh rosemary so I had to use dry. I also didn’t exactly measure. To me, this appeared to be a no-fail recipe. I loved it!
