Everyone likes maple brown sugar coated bacon, so this is a slightly different spin on deli roll which is actually AMAZING! It’s a slightly different flavor profile than the average deli roll. It’s a little sweet ‘n savory.
1 pack of puff pastry dough
one lightly greased parchment paper lined cookie sheet
1 container of honey glazed pecans
1 pack of fried Aaron’s beef fry dipped in brown sugar
1 bag of crushed pecans
1 tablespoon deli style or Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mayo
1 pack of Mealmart honey mustard pastrami
1 tablespoon of 100% pure maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread out the dough on your cookie sheet.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard, mayo, crushed pecans, and maple syrup. Spread it on your dough and then lay down two to three slices of the beef fry.
Then add your honey mustard pastrami on top of the beef fry. Spread a little bit of your mixture again and repeat around two to three times.
Roll the dough shut. Then pinch the edges on top.
Take your honey glazed pecans and lightly press them on top of the dough in one straight line. Put about eight of them, about one to two inches apart from each other.
Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing or tasting. ENJOY!
