Both children and adults get excited over this refreshing dessert. The combination of the orange and ice cream layer make a pretty (no plating required) and delicious creamsicle.

Ingredients

Mandarin Ice Cream Pops

  • 7 mandarin oranges, peeled

  • 3/4 cup sugar (adjust according to sweetness of oranges)

  • vanilla ice cream (parve), partially thawed

Directions

1.

Purée oranges and sugar in a food processor until smooth.

2.

Drop a spoonful of the mixture into each of 12 ice pop molds. Add a spoonful of ice cream, then top with more orange. Stick a popsicle stick into each ice pop and freeze until solid.
