A quick and easy classic American salad with tender pasta, crunchy pickles and celery, and a creamy dressing.
1 pound macaroni such as Tuscanini Elbow Pasta, cooked and drained
1 small onion, minced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 carrot, grated
2 Haddar Cucumbers in Brine or other sour pickles, diced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
