Coleslaw is an essential at many Shabbat tables. This is an easy, yummy, healthy recipe.
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Gefen Lite Mayonnaise
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Gefen Garlic Powder, to taste
1 bag shredded cabbage
Mix dressing ingredients. Place cabbage into a container.
Pour dressing over to coat cabbage thoroughly.
Allow salad to sit; refrigerate for at least one hour to marinate before serving.
