Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced

  • 1 can Glicks Chickpeas, drained

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 2 fresh beefsteak tomatoes, diced  

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon black lava sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine.
