1 can Glicks Chickpeas, drained
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 fresh beefsteak tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 teaspoon fresh ground Gefen Black Pepper
1 teaspoon black lava sea salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine.
