This light and tasty salad is easy to prepare and so refreshing.
30 ounces Glicks Chickpeas
1 (8-ounce) package Ta’amti Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 and 1/2 tablespoons oil
3 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Pour into a bowl.
Add feta cheese, red pepper, purple onion, and parsley and mix.
Add oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix.
