3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes (about 10)
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scrub the potatoes and cut into quarters. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper and mix with oil, garlic, thyme, mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Roast until potatoes are browned and crisped, about 30 minutes.
