Easy and Yuuuum
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp lemon extract (substitute: 2 tbs lemon juice)
put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix very well on high speed for at least 3 minutes. grease Bundt pan/ line 9×13. bake 350 for 1 hour.
