The perfect fish dish to serve on Shavuot. It’s super easy to make, has tons of flavor, and looks beautifully served!
3 (4-ounce) salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
salt
pepper
1 (14-ounce) bag prepared coleslaw
1 mango, diced
2 mini cucumbers, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup French fried onions
2 to 3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sweet teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup spicy mayo
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.
On a large platter, start by laying out your bag of coleslaw.
Continue to layer your mango, cucumbers, avocado, French fried onions, salmon and top with the green onions (as seen in picture).
Finally, drizzle with soy sauce, rice vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and spicy mayo.
