This is such a wonderful and easy-to-make starter that will surely wow your guests. It looks like something you would order at a 5-star restaurant, but it’s ready in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 200-300 grams labneh (this can be substituted with any creamy cheese like mascarpone, feta, plain cream cheese)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • a small bunch of fresh rosemary (about 15 grams)

  • zest of 1/2 of a lemon

  • a pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare the Labneh Dip

1.

Finely chop the rosemary and garlic.

2.

Mix the rosemary and garlic together with the olive oil.

3.

4.

Drizzle the rosemary garlic oil on the cheese with a spoon.

5.

6.

Serve with pita or raw vegetables.
