These four-ounce sorbet cups are the best treat for a hot day. They are extremely refreshing. and just happen to be kosher for Passover! You can double, triple, etc! My favorites are strawberry and mango!

Ingredients

Sorbet

  • 1 pound frozen fruit of choice

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

1.

Start by taking out food processor and attaching the S blade.

Put all ingredients in and blend until smooth.

3.

Next, scoop into four-ounce disposable containers and freeze for at least 12 hours. Enjoy! They last up to a year in the freezer.
