Ingredients

Dough

  • 5 pounds high gluten flour

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 4 sticks margarine (0 trans fat)

  • 1 cup oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 and 1/2 cups apple juice

  • 3 cups warm water

  • 4 ounces yeast

Filling

  • 1 and 1/2 sticks margarine, softened

  • 2 and 1/2 cups cocoa

  • 6 and 3/4 cup sugar

  • 9 vanilla sugar

Mix and let dough rise for half hour. tTke challah with bracha. (The dough will be sticky).

Forms 8 loafs.

Make slits on top. Brush with eggs and bake for one hour on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
