This one-pan easy kohlabi-carrot side dish is prepared with classic Heimishe simplicity.
1 bunch kohlrabi, shredded
1 bunch carrots, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons oil
Combine all ingredients in 4 quart saucepan.
Saute over low heat for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
