Ingredients

  • Tblsp salt

  • lots of pepper

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 340 grams matzah meal

  • 6 eggs

Directions

Prepare the Kneidlach

1.

Boil water in a pot.

2.

Mix eggs, spices, water and oil.

3.

Add matzah meal.

4.

Roll into balls.

5.

Cook for half an hour.
