Ingredients

For the Kebabs

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages Meal Mart Cooked Beef Kielbasa, casing removed and sliced into 1-inch slices

  • 2 medium-sized red onions, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 4 peaches, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 2 green peppers, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 16–18 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes

For the Barbecue Sauce

  • 2/3 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce or other regular barbecue sauce

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

Prepare the Kebabs

1.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

To assemble the kebabs, start off with a slice of the kielbasa and place on the skewer leaving about 1 ½ inches off the bottom.

3.

Continue with a chunk each of the onion, peach, and pepper, and continuing the pattern with the kielbasa. Continue on all skewers.

4.

In a small container, combine the barbecue sauce ingredients and shake to combine well.

5.

Brush the sauce all over the kebabs, making sure to get all sides.

6.

Grill for four to five minutes on one side, flip and grill for another four to five minutes on the other. Enjoy!
