Ingredients

Kids’ Best Lo Mein

  • 1/2 pound chicken breasts, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons Glicks Teriyaki Sauce

  • oil, for frying

  • 1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced

Directions

1.

Mix chicken cubes with teriyaki sauce. Fry, stirring constantly, until edges are brown.

2.

Remove from pan and fry sweet potato over medium-high flame. Add broccoli after five minutes and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from frying pan.

3.

In a pot over medium flame, add water and dissolve two packets seasoning (discard the third seasoning packet). Add in the noodles and let sit for two minutes, until softened. Gently stir noodles until separated.

4.

Add in chicken and vegetables. Cook until liquid is mostly absorbed.

5.

Serve immediately.
