The sharpness of radishes and red onion pair wonderfully with the peach and balsamic dressing.
5 cups greens (I used kale and arugula), chiffonade
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1 peach, sliced thin or matchsticks
handful of radishes, sliced thin
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup golden raisins
sesame seeds, to garnish (optional)
dried dill, to garnish (optional)
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
about 2 tablespoons stevia
at least 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients, pour over, and serve.
