Jelly Doughnut Mug Cake is a quick and easy single-serve dessert that captures the essence of a classic Chanukah jelly doughnut. Warm, fluffy, and filled with sweet jelly, this mug cake is the perfect treat when you’re craving something festive and indulgent in minutes.

2 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Strawberry Fruit Spread or other strawberry jam
cinnamon sugar to garnish
Mix ingredients together in a mug and microwave on high for one minute,
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar garnish.
