1 package Gefen Square Wonton Wraps, cut in half diagonally
Gefen Canola Oil, for frying
powdered sugar
raspberry jam, such as Tuscanini
In a wide skillet, heat canola oil to 350 degrees. Add a few wonton wraps at a time and fry for approximately one to two minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
In a small saucepan, heat the raspberry jam, whisking until smooth.
Transfer the wonton chips to a serving platter. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with jam.
