Super easy and fresh.
4-5 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1/2 (30-ounce) jar Gefen Lite Mayonnaise
4 jalapeños
bunch parsley
1 tablespoon honey
pepper to taste
Remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeños depending on how spicy you like it. (The more ribs and seeds, the spicier it is.)
Blend in food processor with parsley, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic. When smooth, add mayonnaise. Pulse until smooth. Enjoy!!
