Italian Wine Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces

  • 1/2 head radicchio lettuce, cleaned and cut into bite-size pie

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, cleaned

  • 1 to 2 Granny Smith apples (unpeeled), thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup jumbo raisins

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • dash of kosher salt

Directions

1.

Place all dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.

2.

Pour over salad when ready to serve.
