Ingredients

Italian Pasta Salad

  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes

  • 1 package spiral pasta like Tuscanini Fusilli Pasta, cooked and drained

  • 1 16-ounce jar sweet red peppers, cut into strips, liquid reserved

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • reserved liquid of sweet red peppers

Directions

Make the Salad

1.

Cook sundried tomatoes in 2 cups water for 10 minutes. Drain. Cut into bite-size pieces.

2.

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Pour over vegetables and pasta. Serve chilled.
