This soup. ready in an instant, ranks high on the fiber chart due to the green beans. Even better, you probably always have all these ingredients on hand.
2 cups milk
6 ounces sour cream
2 (16-ounce) cans French-cut green beans
1 teaspoon salt
Beat a half cup of the milk with the sour cream until smooth.
Combine with all remaining ingredients and serve cold.
