Yields 4 pies.
8 ounces Elite Chocolate
1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
2 and 1/4 cups Frosted Flakes (not crushed)
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 gallon vanilla ice cream (defrosted for easy mixing)
4 ready-made Glicks Chocolate Graham Cracker Crusts (optional)
drizzled melted Elite Chocolate
toasted slivered almonds
chocolate curls
nut crunch (I use Baker’s Choice)
wafer cigars
fresh fruit
In a double boiler over low heat, melt chocolate and peanut butter. Mix in Frosted Flakes and toasted almonds. Combine well and allow to cool.
Mix vanilla ice cream into mixture, until well combined. Pour mixture into pie crusts and freeze.
Garnish with your choice of melted chocolate and slivered almonds, chocolate curls, nut crunch, or cigars and fruit.
