This one’s a classic- one of our oldest and top-rated Passover desserts. You will not believe that this brownie s’mores pie is gluten free and really kosher for Pesach! Watch more Easy Does It.
Your choice of crust: 2 gluten-free, kosher for Passover pie crusts; homemade macaroon pie crust (see below for directions); or Coconut Flour Paleo Pie Crust)
1 package Gefen Kosher for Passover Brownie Mix
1/2 cup oil (as per box instructions)
3 eggs (as per box instructions)
36 large marshmallows
melted chocolate (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Open the pie crusts and set aside.
Mix the brownie mix with the oil and eggs as per box instructions until well blended and smooth.
Divide batter evenly between the two pie crusts and bake for 30 minutes (NOT 50 minutes as written on the box).
Remove from oven and arrange marshmallows over the top of the hot brownie, sticky side of the cut marshmallows in contact with brownie. Press down gently to help them adhere.
Return brownies to oven to toast the marshmallows. Watch carefully so the marshmallows do not burn! Remove from oven and cool completely.
When cool, remove the pie from the pan by flipping the pie over while supporting the top with your open palm and removing the tin pan. Flip over again onto a serving dish and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Enjoy!

S’more brownie Hi, I am planing on making two and freezing one for second days of yom tov. Do I freeze it with the marshmallows or put them on mate? Also, do I keep it in the fridge for a few days or better to freeze so it stays fresh?
Esti says it’s fine in the fridge and frozen too. She does freeze the ones she makes for during the year and her only concern is the marshmallows you are using. The kosher for Pesach ones vary by company. I would keep it in the fridge. Unless you are freezing it to hide from the kids who all want to eat it before YT starts.
so what brand of marshmallows would you use to freeze the pie. how long could i keep it in the frig?
one more question do the pie crust come two in a package and are the 36 marshmallows for 2 pies or for 1 pie. thanks
As far as brands are concerned, not sure which marshmallow options are out there. I believe pie crusts are two in a package so 36 for two pies. (72 halves.)
I just opened up a bag of KP marshmallows and they were pretty consistent with my year long one. Not exactly, but they should be fine.
How long can I keep it in the fridge? Making it today (Tuesday) for Thursday.
It can stay in the fridge that long! Wrap it well.
